Interserver has been around since 1999, and claims to be “the people’s choice for reliable web hosting.”

Their whole idea is to offer an all in one package, suitable for everyone.

Let’s see how well this works out for them.

First Impressions

The Interserver website is well laid out, with your hosting options immediately stated.

One thing that I immediately noticed was that the hosting plan comes with unlimited storage and bandwidth. I’ve seen this claim before, and in my experience, it isn't actually the case - instead, it's more like unlimited, as long as you don’t use too much!

However, with this being said, this wasn’t my experience with Interserver. Unlimited really meant unlimited.

On top of that, it also came with free SSL certificates. Usually, I see this is on high-end, expensive plans - so I must admit, it was quite impressive.

There was also a little floating live-chat box on the left-hand side, which made getting help really simple. This is great for those of you who are beginners and need any technical help - plus, the response times are almost immediate.

Overall, a good start to my Interserver review.

Interserver Hosting Pricing

To make things simple, Interserver only has one hosting plan: the Standard Plan ($5.00/month), which has unlimited SSD storage and unlimited bandwidth.

Interserver's plan can be paid monthly, every 6 months, annually, every 2 years, or every 3 years, with increasing discounts for each ($5.00/month, $4.75/month and $4.50/month, $4.25/month and $4.00/month respectively).

Based on these prices (which are rather good), I'd say it’s definitely worth looking into using Interserver for your hosting needs. And these prices are guaranteed under price lock, so they don’t get hiked after your first billing period.

Not to mention that they offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you’re not happy.

How Does Interserver Hosting Perform?

Interserver performed fairly good in my speed test, and therefore I can say that response times from the U.S. Europe and, surprisingly, from Australia are great.

Of course, Japan is somewhat a party-pooper for Interserver but all together, the speed is really decent all around the world.

My Interserver Review Conclusion

During my time using Interserver, I really couldn’t find much to fault. I loved its various features, and its customer service was excellent. On top of that, the hosting plan is fairly well priced with Price Lock.

Overall, I was very impressed. I found Interserver really easy to use, and they also offer a lot for the price . Interserver turned out to be an excellent hosting service, and really accessible for everyone.
